We allow 1 hour -1 ¼ hours for a creative activity. However, younger children quite often only last for 45 mins, or may dip in and out of the activity during that time.

All materials for the activity will be provided.

We can accommodate up to 12 artists.

We allow 30-45 minutes for snacks and cake, should you wish to provide them.

We allow 30 minutes before the party begins for you to decorate the studio should you wish to and 15 minutes after the party has finished to clear away.

Should you require extra time please indicate this at time of booking as there will be an additional cost.

Our private parties are held on Sundays at 10:30am or 2:00pm.

If you let us know your preferred date and time we will try our best to accommodate you.

A £50 non refundable deposit is taken to reserve your chosen date. At this point the party is confirmed.

The remaining total will be due 7 days before the date of the party.

We will provide you with a choice of creative activity prior to booking your party. It may be themed if requested.

We try to avoid overly messy party options as we know children will have dressed for the occasion, but please be away that some creative materials may get on clothes. We do provide aprons and many of our materials are washable!

The cost varies depending on your choice of activity. Prices vary from £12 per child - £20 per child.

All materials will be provided and included in the cost per child.

There will be an additional £50 non refundable charge (deposit) to reserve the space and the time.

We are unable to provide food for the party. However you can arrange for your own catering and cake if you wish.

We don’t have any space for food preparation and only have a small drinks fridge so please be mindful of this when selecting your catering.

We allow 30-45 minutes after the making session has been cleared away for food, drinks and cakes to be enjoyed.

Please note, we are a nut free studio.

We can provide reusable plates, cups and bowls at your request at an additional cost of £10.

For parties of children aged 3 - 4 parents or guardians would be expected to stay. But please be aware our space isn’t huge, so it would recommended for only one parent per child to attend.

For parties of children aged 5+ parents are not expected to stay, however they can if they wish. We can always recommend local places to stop for a drink should you wish to have an hour or so peace and quiet!

The parents of the child who’s party it is would be expected to stay an assist in the running of the party as well as been responsible for and snacks and cake they wish to provide.

We can provide creative party bags for children to take home.

These begin at an additional cost of £5 per child.

We require two weeks notice prior to the party should you wish for us to provide these.

We have the space to host private creative events for adults too!
